Responsibilities:
1. Join training team in completing PHR/ SPHR related training initiatives
2. Develop PHR/ SPHR training programs
3. Prepare all training handouts and presentations required for the PHR/SPHR program
4. Deliver assigned training programs and assessment
5. Co-ordinate training activities with Training and conferences division
6. Provide Updated information related to PHR/SPHR certificate (where applicable)
7. Periodic review of training materials
Skills
• Certified PHR or SPHR
• Degree in Human Resource or related field
• Solid Knowledge in Human Resources as well as Practiced HR activities in a multinational corporate.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in HR
• Good computer skills especially in Ms Office
• Good presentation Skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to work in multicultural environment and independent.
Education
Bachelor's degree/higher diploma - PHR/ SPHR certified
